These kinds of knowledge are becomes an important role to helping customers to clear about the Islamic bank and their perception towards Islamic bank. Haque, Osman, and Islamil (2009) studied in factor influence selection of Islamic banking found that most of the respondents were not familiar with Islamic banking products and services. Therefore, the first problem statement is some of the customers still cant unable to differentiate the products and services that provided by Islamic banking. Nowadays, those customers are also confusing the functions that provided between Islamic banking system and conventional banking system. The second problem statement which is nowadays there are some customers think about that the Islamic banking is just provide the products and services to Muslim and not to non-Muslim. So that, in this research is to make rectify for those customers mindset towards Islamic banking because those customers involve the concept of error. To investigate the relationship between quality of services and the satisfaction level of Muslims or non-Muslims customer. To explore the relationship between staffs attitude and the satisfaction level of Muslims or non-Muslims customer. To examine the relationship between interest rate and the satisfaction level of Muslims or non-Muslims customer. To determine the relationship between professional advice and the satisfaction level of Muslims or non-Muslims customer. To investigate the relationship between convenience and the satisfaction level of Muslims or non-Muslims customer. To explore the relationship between internet banking and satisfaction level of Muslims or non-Muslims customer. SCOPE OF STUDY This scope of study will focus on perception of all the Muslim or non-Muslim residents who are state in Malacca. By conducting this research, those who are under 18 years old are not conducted in this research because they are still unable to apply the products or services by the bank. This research will distribute minimum 200 pieces of surveys forms around Bukit Beruang, Melaka Raya and Ayer Keroh areas. In this research, is to investigate what are the variables that will affect the customers satisfaction level towards Islamic banking in market. LIMITATION OF STUDY The first limitation of this study is the limitation of time. Within the short period of four months, I dont really have a proper time to do my research. As this research are required to find lots of journals, articles and other relevant information, etc. Due to the time of customize, I was unable to perform a better quality for my research. The second limitation is some of the respondents who are lack of knowledge about Islamic banking or they have limited knowledge of banking system, so they will simplified answered the questions. In addition, some respondents who are rushing time and no read through the questions and make an answered. Researcher found that most of the customer lack of knowledge about the Islamic banking products like Muderaba, Murabahah, Wadiah etc., but they will buy these products for the reason of religion. Metawa and Almossawi (1998) found the religion was the primary factor affect customers perception in the selection of Islamic banking system and not the return on their investment. Most of the customers were recognising from the fundamental products and services of Islamic banks but they dun have the knowledge about complex Islamic financial system. This five dimensions which are run-on Islamic law and principles, no interest neither paid nor taken on savings and loans, provision of Islamic products and services, provision of free interest loans and provision of profit- sharing products. Kuwait Finance House (KFH), Othman and Owen (2001b) used this model to measure and managing the important of service quality in the Islamic banking industry. They found that quality, satisfaction and service encounter have a positive link. The finding certified the legality of this model for measuring quality of services in Islamic banks. The Crucible Essays (577 words) - Salem Witch Trials,

The Crucible The Crucible was written by Arthur Miller and, in the Northern production, directed by Deborah Barton-Moore. The play is set in Salem, Massachusetts, 1692, where suspicions of witchcraft were floating around the town air. The play opens with Betty Parris sick in bed, and Reverend Parris tending to her, and wondering what made her so sick. Soon Abigail Williams saunters in, and through much probing, Reverend Parris eventually finds out that she, Tituba, Susanna Walcott and Betty were all involved together in a secret practicing of witchcraft. Abigail tells of a dance around a cauldron, in the woods, and says that was all that happened But, when Reverend Parris tells how he was in the woods at that particular time, and saw these dances, as well as some other very strange rituals, Abigail gradually explains what went on, while leaving herself out as the main practitioner. She says she was sort of led into it all by the other girls. Anyway, now the stage is set for a variety of unexpected accusations, scandals and tribulations. Abigail's performance stood out to me, as I enjoyed how she could change from that little sweet. innocent girl, to a fierce, roaring woman. Her costume fitted the time period, and was quite appropriate for the scenes, when coupled with her movement, and manner. It was very noticeable the way she could change the attributes of her character, as I mentioned before (a girl to a tiger), just by the subtle change of various bodily actions. This was accomplished by vocal changes, and different method of walk, from a light dainty movement, to a fierce romping thump. The play had four main sets, each one for each scene. It started out in a small upper bedroom in the home of Reverend Parris, with a bed, for sick Betty, a small night table, and a chair. Even with this small number of physical props, the cast made very good use of space, and it looked visually attractive. As a director, I might provide a long table, or bench, so that when Reverend Parris accuses, the four women, they would back away from him, to show their fear, but then run out of space and be forced to lean or sit on the table or bench and hear the Reverend out. This way, there is sort of a non-verbal role of superiority to the Reverend, as he is standing over the four who are sitting, thus making for the body language that he's in charge of the situation. Through the rest of the acts, the scenery shifts are made quickly, along with the lighting to create a shift in time as well as place, and it provides for a noticeable variation in the mood. Overall, the technical aspects were quite good. The majority of the work must have gone on behind the scenes and thus was un-noticeable to the audience and myself. But, to think how well they did, considering all they had to do and watch out for. As far as I saw, all the lighting and other cues seemed to be right on target, and there never was a moment where the actors had to compensate for a faulty lighting or prop switch. (Although, I believe the actors and actresses would be most ready to do so if the moment arouse.) Just think back to last year's performance of the Front Page. I remember the performance I went to, Hildy (Erik P.) picked up the phone and started to talk to the other party, -then it rang. Oh well, he made it up well, and this year's show was quite impressive.

We Real Cool Essay 1) Rhyme Gwendolyn Brooks makes great use of rhyme throughout the poem. She uses words such as cool, school, sin, and gin (Brooks 684-685). These are rhymes that appear at the end of lines. The rhyme scheme used compliments the theme, since it is the directed to a young audience. It is known that Brooks is trying to attract a young crowd because she is talking about young people who are supposed to attend school. The poem has an up tempo beat, almost like a rap. This rap-like sound may also help to appeal young readers. 2) Literary Devices  But as if the rhyming werent enough, Brooks also uses alliteration, the repetition of a particular sound in the first syllables of a series of words or phrases, usually a consonant. â€Å"Lurk late. We†Ã‚  Ã¢â‚¬Å"Strike straight. We† (684)  Sometimes the rhyming doesnt even stop with the two end words: â€Å"Sing† â€Å"sin† â€Å"thin† â€Å"gin† (685). She also uses dialect, a black dialect. 3) Theme This poem describes the lifestyle of young rebels. They are cool having left school, and die soon. The seven players in the poem were victims of self-destruction. Brooks makes the theme evident to the reader with the use of irony. The first line of the poem reads We real cool (684)and the last line read We die soon (685). So, in other words the pool players were too cool for their own good. Brooks expresses the way she feels about school drop outs in a short, yet forceful poem. 4) We Real Cool is very unique definitely has a powerful message behind it. Gwendolyn Brooks illustrates the essence of troubled teenagers who will eventually suffer the ill-fated possibility that life will render a human being if they continue the lifestyle of the streets — â€Å"Die soon†. The poem was written in 1950 (685) during the struggle for African-American civil rights messages and, to appeal to young African Americans of the time. It expresses the problems and also the dangers which affected the young African-American community; and it serves as a way to help the youth realize the ways of their problems and change themselves for their own good and the good of the community.

The creature is created and he is innocent, though he is seaverly deformed. His nature is to be good and kind, but society only views his external appereance which is grotesque. Human nature is to judge by external apperence. He is automatically ostracized and labeled as a monster because of his external apperence. He finnaly realized that no matter how elequintly he speaks and how kind he is, people will never be able to see past his external deformities. Children are fearful of him, Adults think he is dangerous, and his own creator abandons him in disgust. The creature is treated as a monster, therefore he begins to internalize societies view of him and act the like a monster. Man by nature, judges people and things by their appearance. If a person is pleasant looking then they will be given more of a chance to express their internal self. If they are ugly, or cosmetically deformed, they usually aren't given much of a chance to show who they really are. Grotesquely ugly people are sometimes thought of as monsters, and are ostracized. Many cosmetically inferior people are afraid to go out into society. Mankind seems to be fearful of the unfamiliar and unknown. People are afraid of what they do not understand. Deformaty is something that most people can not comprehend. How can I describe my emotions at this catastrophy, or how delineate the wretch whom with such infinite pains and care I had endevoured to form? His limbs were in proportion, and I had selected his features as beautiful. Beautiful! - Great god! His yellow skin scarcely... ...ves for my destruction. Shall I not hate them who abhor me? I will keep no terms with my enemies. I am miserable and they shall share my wretchedness." ( the creature, page 97) Here the creature tells Frankenstien that he is the fallen angel. This means that he believes that Frankenstien could have done a better job raising him. The creature indicated that he was born good and virtuous, but lonliness and misery due to the alenation he receives from mankind, have made him feel like a monster. Society sees him as a monster and makes him feel like one, so now he will begin to act like one. Administrators have the difficult task of how they can improve the performance of the students. They have to increase students attention towards their goals and direct their behavior. It is important to know to motivate the students in their academic performance, because it will affect their learning’s, setting goals and to be successful in their chosen field. Many students have their own ways on how they can motivate their selves to perform well. Now a day, there are many factors affecting the performance of the students. The Cavite State University it’s humble beginning in 1906 as the Indang Intermediate School with the American Thomasites as the first teachers. Several transformations in the name of the School took place. In 1918- Indang Farm School. In 1927- Indang Rural High School and then to Don SeverinoNational Agriculture School in 1958. The name Don Severino is in honor of Don Severino De las Alas who was then the Secretary of interior in the Aguinaldo revolutionary government. Don Severino donated a tract of land for use as fuel feed laboratory by the School. In the first semester of S.Y 2003-2004 Cavite State University opened a branch campus in Imus, Cavite. The Trece Martires Campus was established through the memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed on May 15, 2005 to start offering courses on the first semester of school year 2005-2006. In the first semester of school year 2006-2007, Cavite State University opened a branch Campus in Silang cavite. At present the whole Cavite State University system has ten campuses in different municipalities of Cavite with a total of 18,563 registered students as to its population. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM This research aimed to determine the motivational factors affecting the academic performance of the students in Cavite State University- Imus Campus. 1. What is the students profile in terms of? Age Programmed enrolled Year Enrollment Status 2. What is the academic performance of the students in terms of Grade Point Average (GPA) last semester (2nd semester of School Year 2013-2014) ? 3. What is the factors that most affecting the academic performance of the students? Importance of the Study The information and data gathered to this research which were beneficial to the Students, for them to know how this study helped to motivate and also give them knowledge about these factors can truly affect their academic performance. To the Instructor, this research helped them to know how they can motivate their students. Lastly, to the future researchers, this will serve as a guide and give them an idea to their future research. Objectives of the Study Generally, the research conducted to determine and analyze the motivational factors that affecting the academic performance of the students in Cavite State University- Imus Campus. Specifically it aimed; To know the profile of the students in terms of: Age Gender Program enrolled/Year & section Status To know their Grade Point average (GPA) last semester (2nd of School Year 2013- 2014). Time and Place of the Study The idea of the research entitled â€Å"Motivational Factors affecting the academic performance of the students in Cavite State University- Imus Campus† when the researchers observed the students and think about how or what factors may affect to increase their academic performance. The study started on August 2014 and ended on September 2014 covering the Cavite State University Imus Campus, Palico IV Imus City Cavite. Scope and Limitation This research covered the motivational factors affecting the academic performance of the students of Cavite State University Imus Campus. This study intends to know what or how the students truly motivate these factors. The researchers also collected some important data from the school to further access this matter. Finally, they conduct a survey to the students to gather data in order to them to get a result to this study. Definition of Terms Motivation – the act or process of giving someone a reason for doing something, condition of being eager to act or work.
